About Us

Three long term friends with long standing experience in Early Years and Childcare had a vision to establish a high-quality day nursery with a difference. We purchased the building in July 2015 and our aspirations began to take shape. 

We offer full and term time places, 47.5 weeks of the year.  Childcare that is affordable and flexible with hours to meet the needs of parents. 

We are a small 42 placed nursery, having a home from home feel. We have good working relationships with health visitors, Beckett Children’s Centre and local schools within the area and Derby City Council’s Families Information Service.

We as a multicultural nursery value traditions and celebrations of all the different cultures. We like to educate our children about these celebrations and get them involved if they are interested.

We are members of Early Years Alliance, NDNA and Nasen.  Staff regularly attend training to keep all qualifications up to date.  All staff are paediatric first aid trained.

We share your child’s learning journal with you, using an online system called ‘Tapestry’.
